We ship across Canada.

Light Items (Shells & Small Accessories)
Flat rate shipping is available to major provinces.
Free shipping is available on orders over $75 (major provinces only).
Our low flat-rate and free shipping options use economy carriers to help keep shipping costs affordable, which may result in longer delivery times.

Rush Shipping Upgrade
Need your order faster?
You can upgrade to Rush Shipping by adding our Shipping-R option to your order.
Rush Shipping upgrades your shipment to a faster service based on actual carrier rates.
Please note:
• Free shipping (including UniUni delivery) will be removed when Rush Shipping is selected
• Additional shipping charges may apply based on your location, package size, and weight
• Remote provinces and certain locations may still ship using carrier-calculated rates
Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately if additional payment is required.

Delivery Confirmation & Payment Disputes
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Orders marked as successfully delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help initiate a carrier investigation.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed for orders with confirmed delivery may be formally contested using tracking records, delivery confirmation, and customer communication history.

Heavy & Oversized Items (Rock, Gravel, Driftwood, Large Decor)
Heavy or oversized items ship separately and are not eligible for free shipping unless specifically stated.
Shipping for these items is calculated based on package size, weight, and destination.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

• We currently ship within Canada only
• Due to wildlife regulations, shells cannot be shipped internationally
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods

Returns & Damaged Orders
Due to the nature of our products and shipping costs, we do not accept returns on shells or decor items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

Delivery Responsibility
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, contact us promptly and we will do our best to assist with the carrier investigation.
