Refund policy

Sorry we do not accept returns due to the high cost of return shipping.

The shipping charges for the products to return to us and the restocking fee would be more than the value of the shells.

If there is an issue with one or more items please email us at orders@hermitcrabshells.ca and we will sort out the problem.
