The shells are beautiful and well packaged for shipping, I have made several orders over the years and always received exactly the size and type of shell I wanted. Unfortunately with my last order everything I received was too small by 5-10mm and after contacting the company with pictures showing the sizes I was told I wasn’t measuring correctly and they would only issue a refund for shells they deemed in good condition when they received them back. The only way I come up with the measurements of the shells they sent is when I measured the outside of the opening, not the inside.
